Love’s Connect Paid Mobile Shower Check In

Every customer can now purchase and check in to a shower using the Love’s Connect app.

Here's what you need to get started.

  1. Love's Account
  2. Use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
  3. Be On-Site at a Love's
  4. Select Payment Method
  5. Check In and Go!

Love’s Account

If you see your name at the top of the Home screen, you are ready to go! If you don’t, tap “Get Started” in that section to set up your new Love’s account or log in with your existing Love’s account. Love’s accounts must be email verified to purchase a shower using the app.

Use Apple Wallet or Google Wallet

Shower payments use Apple Wallet for iOS customers and Google Wallet for Android customers. Please have your preferred payment method set up in your device’s native wallet before getting started with the Love’s Mobile Shower Check In process.

Be On-Site at a Love’s

Open the app and tap “Mobile Check In” from the Home Screen when you are at a Love’s Travel Stop. The app requires location permissions to validate you are on-site. This check ensures that you’ll be within walking distance when your shower is clean and available.

Pay and Check In

For commercial drivers, the Mobile Shower Check In system will default to using available shower credits first. If no shower credits are available, then the mobile process will ask if you’d like to pay using My Love Rewards Points or credit card stored in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Casual drivers may only pay using Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. The mobile payment system will reflect the current in-store shower price and may apply sales tax if needed.

Check In and Go!

You will be placed in the shower queue once you have set up to pay using your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. Be advised that your card will be preauthorized for the purchase when you tap the “Check In” button. You will be charged once the system assigns you a shower number and PIN. Keep an eye out for push notifications alerting you that your shower is ready. Remember, you have 15 minutes to get there once the shower is assigned!
